Natalie recently sent me these wicked color me squids, that certainly rival Mary’s previous efforts.
wow. Easily the best art of a squid reading a book that I have seen in my whole life. It is somber, yet thought provoking, and kind of looks like a quilt.
Good call Moe, I think this rendering will stand the test of time (among the body of squid-reading-a-book artworks).
Wow. I can’t believe I submitted this in July, 2008. It feels like a very long time ago. And I’ve visited your site annually for 4 years?! It feels like squidsquid has always been an integral part of me.
