No aquatic creatures in sight but a plug for a sweet new version of GlueFO on my favorite games site. This game sees you piloting a UFO capable of capturing tiny asteroids and flinging them out in order to split bigger asteroids. You can collect valuable mineral ore to upgrade your ship for more powerful asteroid-splitting powers. In due course competitor ships will challenge you, much like a foolish sperm whale may attempt to challenge a heroic giant squid. Of course they will be crushed beneath your mighty tentacles, er, I mean asteroids.

Bash, bounce, burn and explode your way through up to 49 levels of TV and microwave smashing fun! This is the latest from my compadre over at irregulargames. No sign of any squid, but a must play if you enjoy shooting cannonballs at stacks of electrical appliances (and who doesn’t?)

I’ve just released the sequel to the popular Sproing (my first irRegularGame) – check it out! It does not include any squid, but it’s had a number of improvements including: graphics overhaul, new upgrades and awards systems, 30 brand spanking new levels and an unlockable game mode added
